Monetization Policy
Republic supporter purchases are designed to support server costs while keeping DayZ fair. This page explains what we sell, what we do not sell, and how we follow Bohemia Interactive server monetization rules.
Core Promise
No Pay-to-Win
What We Do Not Sell
No weapons, ammo, armor, vehicles, currency, trader discounts, vehicle spawns, housing, raid protection, combat buffs, or gameplay-affecting features.
Server Restrictions
Perks may vary by server. Namalsk is excluded from store perks due to monetization restrictions and is kept separate from supporter purchases.
Bohemia Compliance
Policy Basis
Approval and Listing
DayZ server monetization is operated only under Bohemia Interactive's server monetization rules, including the requirement that monetized DayZ private shard servers be registered, approved, and listed by Bohemia before monetization is used.
No Gameplay Advantage
Paid perks must not affect gameplay. Republic purchases are limited to cosmetic, identity, recognition, or community-support benefits.
Purchases Are Not Donations
If a player receives a perk, reward, or service in return, it is treated as a purchase and not described as a donation. True donations must be voluntary gifts with no counter-value.
Mod Permissions
For monetized servers using third-party mods, Republic will respect mod author permissions and remove or adjust perks if a required permission is unavailable, withdrawn, or unclear.
Public-Hive Separation
This policy applies to Republic community/private servers only. Store perks are not applied to public hive DayZ servers.

VIP / VIP+
Supporter status, Discord role, and in-game chat tag recognition. VIP+ includes a custom chat tag color.
Open StoreChat & Killfeed Color
Cosmetic name/tag color changes for visibility and identity. Valid for the current wipe unless the product says otherwise.
Open StoreCosmetic Skins
Custom appearances only. Skins do not change armor values, storage, durability, damage, recoil, spawn rates, economy, or raid outcomes.
